    Back filtering again!

    Finally replaced our main filter that had become very slow with filtering our obviously very dirty tank water. The replacement has got us back filtering our water at a higher rate and we no longer have to wait so long!

    The delivery was delay by at least 1.5 weeks

    Happy with the filter but not the shipping, it felt like over two weeks but I give it a benefit of the doubt and reduce that to 1.5 weeks. As I got the alert that's coming but delays and delays, Expectation versus Reality if I was informed that it was delay then that's alright.

    Apologies for delay, not sure why the hold up other than public holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day unless there are issues related to delivery address. Item sent 4 days after order re public holiday delays.
