Delivery

Orders are shipped from the UK.

Orders are processed by our 3PL facility based in Birmingham,  Monday to Friday.  Orders placed from 10 am Friday and through the weekend will be picked and processed the next Monday.

Waters Co currently has free delivery for product purchases over £299.00.   We currently do not offer express delivery.

Our website will automatically release an order confirmation email at the time of sale. 

We are unable to amend any order once they have been placed.  Ensure you have correctly filled out the postal address and email as separate from billing if required.

-          Incorrect address information may see the product returned to sender (RTS).  A resend fee and the appropriate postage will be applied to resend an order with an error that has RTS. 

-          An incorrect address and non delivery where a parcel is lost, not RTS, or left at the incorrect address, may not be breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, by Waters Co and is therefore non refundable.  We understand accidents and typo’s happen. Any refund will be at the discretion of Waters Co minus a return/lost fee.

-          RTS and lost in transit investigations may take time.  All effort will be taken to determine a parcel lost status, and every attempt will be made to resend if required within the 30 day window for delivery, under Consumer Law.

-          Incorrect address orders that result in a RTS refund.  Once the item is confirmed “Delivered” to our 3PL facility,  if  you do not wish a resend of your order, this request needs to be provided in an email info@watersco.uk,.  A refund of the purchase minus any postage paid will be processed.

A dispatch email will be released at the time the freight carried collects your order.

-          The dispatch confirmation email will contain the carrier and tracking information for your order.

-          Please use this track and trace, to monitor your delivery, if you missed your “first attempt at delivery”, you can redirect or rearrange a second attempt via the carrier web site. 

-          Please notify Waters Co if you experience a delay, or if the carrier advises the parcel is lost.  Info@watersco.uk.

Delivery is not 100% guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather and drivers at the local level. 

-          we will work with the carrier to determine the location of your parcel, this can take time as we do not have direct access to the carrier's systems and use the same chat forms available to all customers.

Delivery is currently 2 - 4 business days from dispatch.  Remote post code delivery customers need to allow additional delivery time to your location.
